We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 60 days of delivery. Please ensure that all products are unworn, have original tags attached, and include the hygienic liner for intimate apparel.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygienic strips are intact, and attach the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
